
Mint Chocolate Protein Truffles
Fancy a sweet treat? But are you worried it will lead to you undoing all the hard work you have put into creating a healthier and happier you?
We know that some days are harder than others, and on those days it can take all your willpower not to reach for the biscuit tin, or the chocolate box, especially when others around you are tucking in. And if you are having a bad day or feeling under the weather, we tend to crave all the things that are just not good for us.
Our Mint Chocolate Protein Truffles are a great alternative to satisfy those cravings for something sweet in the healthiest of ways. And most importantly, they are delicious!
The recipe includes adding two scoops of our delicious Formula 1 Mint and Chocolate Protein Shake, which packs in 25 vitamins and minerals, fibre, essential macronutrients as well as being rich in protein. Being dairy-free and bulked up with oats, these will fill you up, satisfy that sweet tooth and give you a much-needed energy boost.
And did we mention just how simple these are to make? There is no baking involved – just mix it all together, form into truffles and pop in the fridge for only 30 minutes.
Perfect for a pre-and post-workout snack, mid-morning chocolate hit or even as an indulgent after-dinner treat, we know that you will love them.
Our recipe makes 16 truffles in total, so perfect for keeping you going for a few days!

Ingredients:
- 2 scoops of Herbalife Formula 1 Mint and Chocolate Protein Shake Powder
- 50g rolled oats
- 70g desiccated coconut (plus 2 tbsp for dusting)
- 1 tbsp agave nectar
- 70ml dairy-free milk
Method:
- Into a bowl add 2 scoops of the Herbalife Formula 1 Mint and Chocolate, 50g of rolled oats and 70g desiccated coconut. Mix well until it’s combined.
- Add 1 tablespoon of agave nectar and 70ml of dairy free milk to the mixture.
- Give it a good stir and mix it all together until nice and firm.
- Split the mixture into 16 and roll into balls.
- Give each ball a dusting of desiccated coconut.
- Placed them on a tray lined with parchment paper.
- Pop into the fridge for 30 minutes before eating.
