REFUNDS & RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with every order. If something is not right, contact us and we will sort it.

30-day satisfaction guarantee If you are not completely satisfied with any Herbalife product purchased from us, you may return it within 30 days from the date you receive it for a full refund. This applies to both opened and unopened products, subject to the conditions below. This is in line with Herbalife's own Customer Satisfaction Guarantee for retail customers purchasing from an authorised distributor.

Damaged or incorrect orders If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or we sent the wrong item, we will arrange either a full refund or send out replacement products — whichever you prefer. You do not need to return damaged goods; photos are sufficient. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos.

How to start a return Contact us at info@lose-weight-feel-great.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return before sending anything back. Do not send items back without contacting us first. We will confirm the return and provide the return address if needed.

Return conditions Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Where possible, products should be in resalable condition — unopened, undamaged and with the original label intact. If a product arrived damaged or faulty, contact us regardless of condition.

Refund processing Once we receive and check the returned item, your refund will be processed promptly to your original payment method. Timings depend on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to our error or a faulty or damaged product. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless we confirm otherwise. We recommend using a trackable service for returns over £20.

What is not covered Returns requested more than 30 days after receipt are not covered. Products significantly used, damaged by the customer, or returned without prior contact may not be eligible for a full refund.
