Quick answer: The range splits into meal replacements, additions, drinks and snacks. Most people need one or two of those, not all four. We are not going to tell you any of it will do anything for you.
Four groups, and most people need one
Formula 1 is the meal replacement, and it is the product the rest of the range sits around.
Protein Drink Mix is an addition to a shake rather than a shake in its own right.
Teas, aloe and Lift Off are drinks that go alongside meals rather than instead of them.
Bars and chips are snacks, and the Express bars sit between a snack and a meal.
Most people who use the range regularly buy from one or two of those groups, not all four.
Buying across all four in the first month is the most common way to spend money on nothing.

Where products overlap
Formula 1 and the Express bars solve the same problem in different formats.
If you have both, you are usually paying more for the bar version of something you already own.
Protein Drink Mix and the protein bars both add protein, one to a drink and one as a snack.
Tea and Lift Off both contain caffeine, so having both in a day stacks up faster than people expect.
Look for those overlaps in your basket before you order.
How to work out what you would use
Write down the meal or moment in the day that actually goes wrong for you.
If it is a skipped breakfast, that is Formula 1 and nothing else.
If it is the four o clock gap, that is a bar or a drink.
If it is the evening, none of this range is the answer and we would rather say so.

Cost, honestly
A shake works out around £1.26 a serving on a 550g tub.
A bar is more per item than a shake per serving, because you are paying for convenience.
Drinks vary widely depending on which one and what size.
