We are an independent Herbalife member — not a nutrition club, not a franchise, not a corporate operation. This is Rachel Orriss, based in Woodford Green, supporting customers remotely across the UK.
This page exists because we think it matters to be honest about who we are, who we are for, and — just as importantly — who we are not for.
We are an independent member, not a club
Herbalife has a large community of members, nutrition clubs and independent distributors across the UK. We are one independent member within that community. We are not affiliated with any nutrition club, we do not run group sessions, and we do not represent Herbalife International directly.
Every product sold through this website is genuine Herbalife, sourced through official UK distribution channels. But the support, the website and the service are ours — built and run independently.
If you are already part of a Herbalife club or member’s group — please stay
This is important and we mean it genuinely: if you are already being supported by a local Herbalife member, a nutrition club, or anyone else in the Herbalife community — please stay with them.
We are not here to take customers away from clubs. The accountability, community and personal support that comes from a good local member or club is genuinely valuable — often more valuable than a slightly lower price online. If that support is helping you stay consistent and reach your goals, it is worth more than the difference in cost.
We have a lot of respect for the work that members and clubs do. We would not want someone to leave a good support network to save a few pounds on an order.
A direct request: if you are currently buying from a Herbalife nutrition club or a local member who is actively supporting you, please continue to do so. This website is not for you — and we mean that respectfully, not dismissively.
Who we are here for
We are here for people who do not have local Herbalife access, or who genuinely prefer to manage their routine remotely. That includes people who:
- Live somewhere without a local nutrition club or member nearby
- Work shifts, travel frequently, or have schedules that make face-to-face support impractical
- Prefer to research, order and manage their routine privately from home
- Have used Herbalife before and know what they want without needing ongoing guidance
- Want to be able to contact a real person by message or email, without attending group sessions

Our relationship with the wider Herbalife community
Herbalife is a big community and we are a small part of it. We try to operate in a way that is respectful of the other members and clubs who are doing good work. That means not actively targeting people who are already being supported, not making claims that undermine the value of face-to-face support, and being honest about what remote ordering can and cannot offer.
We believe there is room for both — local clubs and remote members — and that the community is stronger when everyone operates with integrity.
Our position in one sentence: we are an independent Herbalife member offering remote support and online ordering for UK customers who do not have — or do not want — local face-to-face support.

Are you a Herbalife nutrition club?
No. We are an independent Herbalife member. We do not run a nutrition club, group sessions or face-to-face appointments. Support is remote — by message or email.
Should I leave my local Herbalife club to order from you?
No — and we genuinely mean that. If your local club or member is supporting you well, please stay with them. The community and accountability from good local support is worth more than a price difference.
Are you affiliated with Herbalife International?
We are an independent Herbalife member. We are not employed by or officially affiliated with Herbalife International of America, Inc. All products are genuine Herbalife sourced through official UK distribution channels.
Who is this website best suited to?
