How we ship All orders are fulfilled and dispatched directly from official Herbalife UK warehouses via Yodel and Evri. We do not hold stock ourselves — your order goes straight from Herbalife to your door.

Dispatch Orders placed before midday (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after midday, or on weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery Standard UK delivery is £6.98. Free shipping is applied automatically on orders of £120.00 or more. Delivery is typically within 1–2 working days of dispatch.

International orders We currently ship to UK addresses only.

Tracking Tracking details are provided in your dispatch confirmation email from Yodel or Evri.

Problems with your order If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe or arrives damaged, contact us at info@lose-weight-feel-great.co.uk with your order number and we will resolve it promptly.
