A Seven Day Herbalife Plan, How People Structure a Week

What a realistic week looks like, and why the structure matters less than repeating it.

Quick answer: One shake replacing one meal, the same meal every day, for seven days. That is the whole plan. The value is in the repetition rather than in anything clever.

Before anything else. If you are taking prescribed medication, or considering it, that is a conversation for your GP or pharmacist rather than for us. Nothing on this page is medical advice and nothing here is a substitute for what they tell you.

The plan, in one sentence

Replace the same meal with a shake every day for a week, and change nothing else.

That is deliberately dull, and dull is what survives a working week.

Elaborate plans fail on a Wednesday when something runs over and you have not shopped.

One decision, made once, is the thing that actually holds.

Everything below is detail around that single idea.

What a weekday looks like

Morning: shake made with cold water or milk, two scoops, sat down for five minutes.

Mid morning: a drink if you want one, tea or aloe, nothing that needs preparing.

Lunch: whatever you normally eat, unchanged, because you are only changing one meal.

Afternoon: a bar if there is a gap you usually fill with something from a shop.

Evening: your normal dinner, unchanged. This is the meal people wrongly try to change first.

What you would need for a week

What a weekend looks like

The same, except most people move the shake later because they get up later.

Weekends are where seven day plans fall apart, and it is almost always because of timing.

If you know Saturday will not work, plan for six days and be right rather than five and disappointed.

A plan you keep for six days beats a plan you abandon on day three.

Why we are not giving you recipes

Recipes make a plan feel substantial and make it far less likely you will follow it.

A shake takes two minutes. A recipe takes shopping, preparation and washing up.

If you want to blend fruit into it, do, and it will still take four minutes.

The plan works because it removes decisions, and recipes put them back.

What to expect from a week

You will find out whether you can actually do this, which is the only useful outcome of week one.

You will learn whether your flavour choice was right, and that matters more than people think.

We are not going to tell you anything else will happen, because we do not know.

Anyone promising you a specific result from seven days is guessing.

Ordering

One tub covers three weeks, so a week is a fifth of a tub.

No minimum order and delivery is shown at checkout.

If you want to try a week before committing, that is a perfectly sensible way to do it.

Frequently asked questions

What is the seven day plan?

Replace the same meal with a shake every day for a week and change nothing else.

Which meal should I replace?

Whichever actually goes wrong for you. For most people that is breakfast.

Do I need recipes?

No, and recipes make it less likely you will stick to it. The point is removing decisions.

What about weekends?

Most people move the shake later. If Saturday genuinely will not work, plan for six days.

How much product do I need for a week?

About a third of a 550g tub, since a tub is roughly 21 servings.

What should I expect after a week?

You will find out whether you can do it. We are not going to promise anything beyond that.

Should I change my dinner too?

Not in week one. Change one thing at a time or you will not know what worked.

Are these genuine?

Yes. We are an independent Herbalife member based in the UK and everything we ship is genuine stock.

Not sure which one you need? Tell us what you are trying to change and we will say which product fits, or that none do.
