What Protein Drink Mix is for

Protein Drink Mix, usually shortened to PDM, is a powder you add to a shake or make up on its own.

It is most often used alongside Formula 1 rather than instead of it.

The reason people add it is to raise the protein in a shake they already make.

On its own it is a lighter drink than a Formula 1 shake and is not sold as a meal replacement.
