These strawberry protein pancakes are a quick, feel-good breakfast made with Formula 1 Strawberry Watermelon for flavour and protein. Ready in about ten minutes, and easy to make dairy-free.

Ingredients (makes ~6 small pancakes / 2 servings)
- 2 scoops Formula 1 Strawberry Watermelon
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 medium eggs
- 40g porridge oats
- 100ml milk (dairy or plant-based)
- ½ tsp baking powder
- A little oil for the pan · fresh strawberries & yogurt to serve

- Blend the banana, eggs, oats, milk, Formula 1 and baking powder until smooth. Rest 5 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium and lightly grease it.
- Spoon in small rounds; cook 1–2 minutes until bubbles appear and edges set.
- Flip and cook another minute until golden.
- Stack, top with fresh strawberries and a spoon of yogurt, and serve.

Per serving (½ the recipe, with semi-skimmed milk): roughly 300 kcal and around 20g protein. Approximate only. It depends on your milk, toppings and portions.
Easy swaps
- Vegan: swap the eggs for 2 tbsp ground flaxseed + 6 tbsp water, and use plant milk.
