Ingredients

  • 26g (1 serving) Herbalife Formula 1 Vanilla Cream flavour
  • 28g (1 serving) Herbalife Protein Drink Mix
  • 150g tahini
  • 80ml maple syrup
  • 120g ground almonds
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 4 tablespoons sesame seeds

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C Fan). Line one or two baking trays with parchment paper.
  2. Place the tahini and maple syrup in a mixing bowl and mix together well.
  3. Add the ground almonds, baking powder, Protein Drink Mix and Formula 1 Vanilla Cream and mix until you have a cookie dough.
  4. Roll the dough into walnut-sized balls and toss in a bowl with the sesame seeds, making sure each ball is well coated.
  5. Place the balls on the lined tray and flatten slightly with your hand.
  6. Bake for about 12 minutes, until cracked on top and golden underneath.
  7. Remove from the tray and place on a rack to cool.
