What it actually involves
You buy products at a member price and sell them, which means you are running a small business.
That means stock, customers, questions, admin and time, like any other small business.
Most of the work is talking to people, and most of that is answering the same questions repeatedly.
It suits people who already talk to a lot of people and enjoy it.
It does not suit people who want something that runs without them.
The honest downsides
It takes time you do not currently have, and that time has to come from somewhere.
Income is not steady, particularly at the start, and there is no wage underneath it.
Some people you know will have opinions about it and some of those will be unkind.
You are responsible for your own tax and record keeping.
