A powdered shake mix, made with 250ml of milk or a dairy alternative. The standard serving is 26g, so a 550g tub is about 21 shakes and a 780g tub about 30. Flavour choice is personal and there is no performance difference between them, which means that the only real decision is the one you will actually drink.
