Herbalife Tea Bomb Nutrition Facts, Read Straight Off the Labels
A tea bomb has no single label, because it is three products in one cup. The figures below are each label added together.
Using the label doses, one glass is about 18 calories and 162.5 mg of caffeine from the tea, one LiftOff tablet and the aloe. Any juice or syrup you add is on top of that.

Each product, on its own
| Product | Serving | Calories | Caffeine | Sweetener declared |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Instant Herbal Beverage Original 51g | 1.7 g in 200 to 240ml | 6 kcal | 87.5 mg | None |
| Lift Off® Effervescent Energy Drink Lemon-lime 10 tablets per box | 1 tablet in 250ml | 10 kcal | 75 mg | Acesulfame K, sucralose |
| Aloe Concentrate Aloe Mango 473ml | 15ml in 120ml | 2 kcal | None | Sucralose |
The tea is the caffeine source people underestimate. It states 87.5 mg per serving, which is close to a mug of coffee.
The totals for one glass
| Measure | One glass | Two glasses |
|---|---|---|
| Calories | about 18 kcal | about 36 kcal |
| Caffeine | 162.5 mg | 325 mg |
| Cost | £3.93 | £7.86 |
The calorie total is low because two of the three products are near zero. The caffeine total is not low, and it is the number worth watching.
There is more detail on the herbalife tea page.
How that compares with the daily caffeine limits
The NHS advises no more than 200 mg of caffeine a day in pregnancy. One glass at 162.5 mg is already most of that.
The Herbalife labels cite the EFSA position that a single dose should not exceed 200 mg and daily intake should not exceed 400 mg from all sources.
Two glasses reach 325 mg before any coffee, cola or chocolate. That is the practical reason to count rather than estimate.
What the totals do not include
Fruit juice, cordial and flavoured syrup are common additions and none of them are counted above. They add sugar and calories the Herbalife labels do not.
If you want the low calorie version, water and ice are the only additions that keep the totals in the table honest.
