Recipe Card
Ingredients
- 15g (2 servings) Herbalife Beta Heart®
- 12g (2 servings) Herbalife Personalised Protein Powder
- 125g strong wholemeal flour
- 125g organic strong white flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground coriander
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon ground paprika (smoked, hot or sweet)
- 125ml warm water
- 50ml extra virgin olive oil
Method
- Place all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Make a well in the centre.
- Mix the water and olive oil and pour into the centre of the dry ingredients. Mix well until everything comes together to form a dough.
- Tip the dough onto your work surface and knead for 5–7 minutes until smooth. Do not add extra flour while kneading.
- Rub a little olive oil around the ball of dough, cover and set aside for 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 6 pieces. Roll each piece into a 20cm circle, keeping the rest covered with a tea towel.
- Preheat a griddle pan or frying pan until hot.
- Cook the flatbreads one at a time for a few minutes on each side until little dark brown spots appear.
- Immediately wrap in a clean tea towel. Stack them on top of one another, tightly wrapped, to trap the steam and keep them soft.
- Serve whole or cut into strips with your favourite dip.
