Ingredients (makes 8 slices)
- 3 scoops F1 Vanilla Cream
- 2 eggs
- 150g self-raising flour
- 100ml milk
- zest + juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp honey for the drizzle
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C and line a loaf tin.
- Mix eggs, milk, zest and half the lemon juice, then fold in flour, F1 and baking powder.
- Bake 30–35 minutes until a skewer comes out clean.
- Mix remaining lemon juice with honey and drizzle over while warm.
